The Child Prodigy’s South location is located on Century Drive, just south of the intersection of US 50 and Route 291 by Home Depot.
Our South location offers a full-time program for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, Monday–Friday, as well before and after school care as well as summer camps.

Hello! My name is Cara Haag, and I have been with Child Prodigy since March of 2023. I have over 30 years of experience working in the early childhood education field. Over the years, I have worked in numerous roles around the Kansas City area from teacher to assistant director and center director. I knew when choosing my career path that no other field would bring me as much joy as education. I love my work with children so much that most of my favorite people are children! I earned my bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Missouri Valley College. I have three children and one dog. When I am not busy at the center, I enjoy reading, antiquing, and gardening.
